Jon Skinner Joins La Spaziale UK
La Spaziale UK have merged with Jon Skinner of M*A*D Training Solutions, one of the UK’s first dedicated barista training companies. This sees two like minded companies coming together with the same single purpose and focus to improve the quality of espresso in the UK.
M*A*D Training Solutions was established in 1998. Jon has been associated with the catering industry since 1981 of which the last 19 years he has worked as a professional trainer.
His interest in coffee has grown in the last decade and now specialises in training retail, restaurant, bar staff and coffee enthusiasts.
His training is accredited by the Specialty Coffee Association of America. 9 years ago Jon developed and wrote his first coffee courses with the intention of educating, informing and inspiring people who operate, primarily, espresso machines.
The synergy between the two companies will significantly strengthen both of their common beliefs in improving the quality of espresso in the UK through a combination of training and consultation programmes.
