James Hoffman takes WBC Title for UK
The UK now has its very own World Barista Champion, the newly crowned James Hoffman, who won the World Barista Championships, held in Tokyo, Japan.
James wowed the judges with his signature drink of a biscotti and tobacco infusion. Mixed with his excellent espresso, James signature drink was voted the signature drink of the competition.
James experienced a few technical difficulties during his qualifying round, but all glitches were ironed out in time for the final, with James seeing off tough competition from around the world (results below).
