Sharwood's Seared Salmon Fillets
Salmon Fillets, Seared and Glazed with Fruity Kung Po Sauce served with fresh Mango and Mange Tout

INGREDIENTS
- 10 x 175g Fresh Salmon fillets, or steaks
- 4 Mangoes
- 50g Toasted Coconut Flakes
- 600g Sharwood's Fruity Kung Po Sauce
- 450g Mange Tout
METHOD
- Sear or grill the salmon steaks and keep hot.
- Peel and slice the mangoes.
- Heat the Fruity Kung Po sauce in a saucepan.
- Add the mangoes and mange tout.
- Bring to the boil and simmer for 5 minutes.
- Serve the sauce over the top of the salmon steak.
- Sprinkle with toasted flaked coconut.
