Sharwood's Thai Style Salmon
A spicy fried salmon dish with chillies and garlic

INGREDIENTS
- 1.5Kg Salmon -diced
- 2 Limes - juice and zest
- 2 Red Chillies - chopped
- 2tbsp Sharwood's Plum Sauce Oil
- 225g Spring Onions - shredded
- 600g Sharwood's Sweet Chilli and Garlic Noodle Sauce
METHOD
- Marinade the salmon in the lime juice and zest with the chillies and plum sauce for two hours.
- Heat a small amount of oil in a wok and cook the salmon (take care not to break it up too much).
- Add the spring onions and cook for a further 2 minutes.
- Stir through the sweet chilli sauce and heat through.
PRESENTATION
Serve on a bed of rice or noodles.
